These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "T&C") govern the access and use of the website molentixx.com (hereinafter, "the Site"), operated by Molentixx S.R.L.

2. Purpose of the site
The Site aims to provide information about the real estate crowdlending services offered by Molentixx, facilitate contact between potential investors and the company, and publish educational content about collective real estate investment in Argentina.
3. Acceptance of terms
Accessing and using the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&C. If you do not agree with any of them, we ask that you do not use the Site.
4. Informational nature
The content published on the Site is exclusively informational and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. Molentixx is not a financial entity regulated by the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic (BCRA) and does not accept public deposits. Every investment decision should be evaluated individually, and in case of doubt, it is advisable to consult a qualified professional.
5. Use of the site
The user agrees to use the Site lawfully, respecting current regulations in the Argentine Republic. The following is prohibited: using the Site for fraudulent or illegal purposes; reproducing, distributing, or modifying the Site's content without authorization; attempting to access restricted areas of the server or associated systems.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including texts, images, logos, designs, and source code, is the property of Molentixx S.R.L. or its licensors and is protected by Law No. 11,723 on Intellectual Property of the Argentine Republic and applicable international treaties.
7. Limitation of liability
Molentixx does not guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted availability of the Site and is not liable for direct or indirect damages that may arise from its use, including service interruption, technical errors, or the presence of viruses.
8. Links to third parties
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Molentixx does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these external sites.
9. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, accessible from the Site, in compliance with Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection.
10. Modifications
Molentixx reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Modifications will take effect from their publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after such modifications implies acceptance of the new terms.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These T&C are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from the use of the Site shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of Buenos Aires, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
